Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2013 im Fachbereich Führung und Personal - Sonstiges, Note: 1,4, Donau-Universität Krems - Universität für Weiterbildung, Veranstaltung: Diversity Management, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Einsatz von neuen Medien und auch E-Learning ist vor allem als betriebliche Lernform auf dem Vormarsch (vgl. Perwiss, 2010, MMB Learning Delphi 2010). Als Ergebnis wurden in der MMB Learning Delphi 2010 Studie die drei wichtigsten Trends in Unternehmen für die Zukunft ermittelt. Dazu gehören Mobile Learning, Rapid- bzw. Micro Learning, sowie Blended Learning. In vielen Unternehmen werden bereits diese Trends und auch weitere E-Learning Methoden eingesetzt (vgl. Perwiss, 2011). Gerade E-Learning stellt ein wichtiges Instrument zur Unterstützung von Lernprozessen dar. Um den gewollten Lernerfolg zu erzielen ist es beim Einsatz von E-Learning Methoden als betriebliche Lernform sehr wichtig, dass die unterschiedlichen Voraussetzungen und Merkmale der Lernenden, also der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter, berücksichtigt werden. Dafür muss gewährleistet werden, dass den unterschiedlichen Gruppen eine gleiche Teilnahme mit gleichen Chancen an E-Learning Methoden ermöglicht wird (vgl. e-teaching, 2012). Mögliche Benachteiligungen und Ungleichheiten sollten bei betrieblichen Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen durch ein Diversity Management ausgeglichen und Stärken gefördert werden.
About the Author: Stefanie Feder, M.A., wurde 1988 in München geboren. Ihr Studium "Personalentwicklung und Kompetenzentwicklung mit neuen Medien" an der Donau-Universität Krems schloss die Autorin im Jahre 2013 mit dem akademischen Grad des Master of Arts erfolgreich ab. Bereits während des Studiums sammelte die Autorin als instruktionale Designerin umfassende praktische Erfahrungen in der E-Learning-Branche und in den Bereichen Game-based Learning, Serious Games und Gamification. Außerdem wurde ihre Begeisterung für neue Medien durch ihr Bachelorstudium "Film- und Medienwissenschaften" an der Macromedia Medienhochschule in München schon ganz früh geweckt. Die Faszination von spielerischem Lernen und der Wille diese innovative Lernform weiterzuentwickeln, motivierte sie, sich der Thematik des vorliegenden Buches zu widmen.
