About the Author:

Vincent Scialli grew up in Westbury, New York and was the only son of two Italian immigrant parents who came to this country with little to no money in their pockets. His father, Aniello was the owner of a small plumbing business and his mother, Josephine taught herself how to read and write English which eventually led to a career in the mortgage industry. Vincent was not only the oldest sibling in his family but also of all his cousins born in America. With no one to guide him, Vincent had to teach himself the basics like learning to speak, read and write English at an early age. That perseverance continued throughout his entire childhood and culminated in 1996, when he earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. Shortly after graduation his introduction into America's corporate world began as a plumbing and fire protection consultant for one of the largest engineering firms in NYC. In a short time he climbed the corporate ladder through hard work and dedication making a name for himself in the industry as a man who knew his "stuff". During his time at the firm, Vincent carefully identified what components of his company made it so successful and categorized that corporate architecture in what he called a "System". Once he figured it out what made his company tick, navigating through that system for his own success became easy. Determined to one day implement a "System" of his own Vincent studied and passed the NYC Master Plumbers exam in 2003. Shortly thereafter Vincent exchanged his suit and tie for work boots and founded Scialli & Sons Inc., doing business as Scialli Plumbing & Heating located in Hicksville, New York. Combining his parents work ethic and his experience of what he had learned at the firm, Vincent began creating a "System" of his own. In less than five years his Plumbing contracting firm had grown from one van, to one of the largest in the area. Today with the economic divide between the "have" and "have not's" growing exponentially. Vincent feels more than ever to share his methods of helping you identify your companies System and maximize it to your own personal success.
