About the Book

Introduction

This is the story of a young country of only 247 years of age. While that country is but a blip on the timeline of history, it went from being a small British colony to a world superpower. That country is my beloved, United States of America (USA).
The name, United States of America, is often shortened to America. America did not become a superpower in such a short period of time on its own. Most would say she was richly blessed by God.
A chief reason that many of America's settlers made the dangerous journey from Europe to America was the promise of religious freedom. The ability to freely serve their Lord Jesus Christ in a manner consistent with their love of God was worth the risk of death on the Atlantic Ocean.
If they were fortunate enough to survive the voyage to the New World, many hardships and threats to their survival awaited them.
America's success benefited from the covenant between God and Abraham. That covenant is called the Abrahamic Covenant (God's promise to Abraham). One provision of that covenant promises:
(Genesis 12:3): "And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed."
God's blessing on America will be terminated and a curse will be instated against America, if she takes any action that is harmful to Israel, God's chosen people. Additionally, if America commits an act of omission that results in harm to Israel, God will punish America.
America was settled by courageous people who sought a better life. History revisionists are now telling you otherwise and you are allowing that to occur.
The Europeans who settled America came primarily from Spain, France, and England. A popular story found in American literature is the escapades of Christopher Colombus. History tells us that Columbus found the new world by accident as he looked for a shorter trade route between Europe and Asia.
Over time America has lost its direction. America fell prey to apostacy and idolatry. Idolatry is the placing of anything between you and God. Common examples of idols include money, automobiles, houses, jewelry, video games, and so on.
Americans have turned on America and will soon reap what has been sown. Soon America's riches will be plundered and a way of life extinguished. America is now overflowing with corruption from its political representatives, elites who function above the law, and those who seek riches of money, power, and fame at any cost.
The rivets and welds of this grand old ship of state, America, are failing from the stress of special interest groups and the apathy of those who did nothing to stop the destruction of America.
America has abandoned the best of her virtues. Fortunately, America's death will be swift. Unfortunately, America's death is imminent.
This book is not about how to save America. That opportunity was lost 20 years ago. The purpose of this book is to give you a sense of urgency for preparing for your eternity with God as opposed to an eternity in the Lake of Fire.

(Matthew: 12:25)
And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

(Revelation 22:12)
And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
