Aditi JasraAditi Jasra (formally Sharma) was born in India and now lives in Coquitlam, BC, Canada with her family (Husband, 3 children: a pre-teen, a teenager and a fur-baby) and has travelled the world to observe interactions between human beings. She is a Candian certified (CCC), registered clinical counsellor (RCC), with a Master's in Counselling Psychology with several additional certifications including training in the EFT model of couples therapy. She also has a strong foundation in the theories and techniques that are most effective in supporting couples and relationships from a cultural perspective. At her practice, Wellness North Counselling in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada, Aditi and her colleagues work with individuals, couples and families to address a wide range of issues, examining relationships from an attachment lens while applying different models ranging from family systems, Gottman to EFT to achieve positive therapeutic outcomes.
