Aleah BassHello! My name is Aleah Bass. I am from South River, New Jersey, where I still currently live. My passion for writing started around my sophomore year of high school when I started taking honors courses and got to write more poems and in depth storie where I got to free write and just let my thoughts flow.English/ language arts has always been my strong suit and favorite subject because you can express yourself and there is no right or wrong because it'show you choose to tell your story. My family has always supported my love for writing and encouraged me to pursue it in college. Along with writing, I always loved working with kids. With that being said, I have a received a bachelors degree in creative writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2021 where I was also in the QUEST program as a secondary and special ed major. I was also on the basketball team and in the sorority Delta Phi Epsilon. Lastly, I have three nieces and two nephews. They have been my motivation to not give upon my dreams because I want them to know they can do anything they put their mind to.
