Anthoula KatsimatidesAnthoula Katsimatides is an actor, writer, producer, and voice-over artist. A member of SAG-AFTRA and AEA, a true artist at heart, her passion for storytelling comes through with every role she performs and every word she reads. As a child of Greek imigrants, Anthoula is proficient in the Greek language and has mastered a Mediterranean accent. She was born, raised, and currently lives in NYC with her husband, dog Dixie, and two kitties, Nacho and Stripey. Having earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in education, Anthoula was an account executive in the advertising world and then a high school English teacher. Later she worked with former governor George Pataki as a community affairs assistant. After September 11th, 2001, the governor appointed Anthoula to the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where she worked on the massive rebuilding effort. Subsequently, she was appointed by Mayor Bloomberg to the board of directors of The National September 11th Memorial & Museum, where she continues to volunteer in the effort to never forget.
