She spent much of her adult life living in Washington state where she got degrees in Human Services and writing. She has worked extensively as a crisis counselor and brngs that experience in to writing deep and relatable characters.D was born and raised in Michigan where he got a degree in computer science and is currently a software engineer. His love of Sci-fi/ fantasy combined with his technical knowledge and experience show in his deep world building and magical systems that also still make sense.
