Bill DeutschThe author earned an Associate's Degree in Mass Communications at Phoenix College and was a radio announcer at several radio stations in Phoenix, Arizona. Bill and his wife Helen moved to Seattle where he attended a Bible college for several years. H also worked as a legal secretary in an attorney general's office and then at the Boeing Company.
