This novel began decades ago, with sharp dialogue in the hope of finding complex characters for me. I felt compelled to finish the work so it could be availabl to more people. The hope is that the story is charming, but the style and dialogue are done well enough to find a unique voice. As a Chicago native this book allows you and me to step away from our world and into a world of possibilities with out confinnes or constraints. It allows us to imagine doing a world of good.
