Charbel HayekCharbel was born and raised in Lebanon. His mother, a private chef at the time, inspired Charbel's deep love for food. A rebel himself, Charbel shifted interest from the usual school curriculum and followed his passion to study at École Ferrières in aris in 2015. Afterwards, he moved with his family to California and a few years later, was approached to be part of Top Chef MENA.
