Christopher McIntoshChristopher McIntosh is a currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Political Studies at Bard College. He has broad research interests in international relations theory and security studies, including: time/temporality in IR theory and practice; th relationship between the concepts of war and sovereignty and the implications this has for the contemporary practice of political violence; U.S. strategy in the war on terror; and the likelihood of nuclear terrorism. His work has been published in International Theory, Studies in Conflict and Terrorism and Orbis. He is currently working on a book project on how the concept of time informs IR scholarship.
