Ciarán McFaddenCiarán McFadden-Young is Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Edinburgh Napier University, UK. His interdisciplinary research explores the workplace and career experiences of LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse mployees, labour market discrimination and identity in organisations and has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals as well as several books.
