Emma Johanna KleinvogelEmma Kleinvogel studied law at the Humboldt University of Berlin. Following her first state examination in law, she worked in the patent law department of a leading law firm and simultaneously began her doctorate at the Ludwig Maximilian University o Munich under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ohly, LL.M. (Cambridge). In February 2022, she was accepted into the doctoral scholarship of the German National Academic Foundation and has since been working part-time as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Dr. Bachmann, LL.M.
