Fae McKaeFae McKae grew up in a small town where she spent years of her life between the pages of her favorite books. Like many aspiring authors, her ambitions turned from reading to writing. This passion followed her through four years of engineering collegeand her career as a software developer. In order to imbue her writing with realism, Fae purposefully experiences as many new things as possible. A friend taught her Uechi-Ryū, a traditional style of Okinawan karate, similar to Forge Me leading character Katherine Nolwood's skills.
