Helen M MorrillI began writing poetry when I was a teenager and have written 100s of them about my feelings. In the year 2000 I began writing what I call stories - even though they are actually novels. Over the years I have wanted to publish, either I was worried tey wasn't good enough to be published or too expensive. I'm not looking for recognition for what I write, but I am hoping that others will enjoy reading them as much as I have written them and have read over and over again. I grew up In southern Maine on 100 acres of land so my love of outdoors and the great state of Maine comes out in my stories.I have one complete finished novel Family Love which I am currently working on finishing part 2 of the series Family Love Lost, both are based in my home state Maine in the 1880s soft romance of a family love and lost. Family Lost based from original story of Smoky's daughter Alexis who has been alive all along and kept a secret by Sarena's dead mother.I'm also working on a 3rd book not apart of the series Prize Horse - basically story line is a successful horse breeder searching for a wife through a contest created by his sister who believes he deserves a wife and the winning bride will not only win him, but a prize horse. But the one woman he wants is not a contestant and doesn't wish to be. A broken hearted widow that won't let go of losing her husband.I'm hoping to write more along with the many craft pojects that I create with Helenz Creationz. Read More Read Less
