John Andrew ReedJohn Andrew Reed is a retired business advisor, former commercial banker, and industrial marketer who has had a lifetime involvement in several aspects of aviation as an instrument-rated private pilot, consultant, and board member, as well as a compier, author, and videographer of legacy aviation history. He has written and published articles on the technical evolution of heavy piston aircraft engines and their twilight operations in the Caribbean. Mr. Reed has an MBA degree with a finance emphasis from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BSBA degree in marketing from the University of Missouri-Columbia. His YouTube channel AeroDinosaur features informative live-action documentaries on historical heavy piston aircraft, many of which are featured in this book.
