Marc AldenOver their many years together, Marc Alden and Bridget have had the pleasure and privilege of caring for three horses, a pony mule, any number of cats, and many dogs. So many dogs! It all started with two Chihuahuas that looked like miniature Huskies They were fosters, waiting for a forever home, and Bridget and Marc did not intend to keep them. That's when they learned about what is called "foster failure," i.e., they kept them. This became a pattern. At one point there were indeed 16 dogs. While they don't have nearly so many now, they both agree that a spell sitting on the couch without at least one dog in the lap is just not worth the effort.
