Najib Al ChamaaNajib Al Chamaa was a video game addict, spending up to ten hours every day in front of a screen for eight years. He was kicked out of his university for failing his first three semesters and was in the process of getting deported for it. He fell to aily substance abuse for two years, got himself into crippling debt, was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder, and endured a year of medication, suffering side effects and withdrawal. He attempted to take his own life. Today, Najib is a specialist in Agile practices, business analytics, web/system design, branding, digital marketing, and is currently pursuing a PhD in psychology. Having earned a Bachelor of Information Technology and Systems and a Master's of Networks and Security, he was appointed the role of lecturer by the age of twenty-six at the very university where his first enrollment was terminated.
