Nasreen IslamNASREEN ISLAM was born and educated in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and moved to Canada in 1974. She studied English Literature at Dhaka University and left for Canada in her final year of Masters.She lives in Ottawa, Canada which has been her home for 45 year. She retired in 2012, after working for the federal government, Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food for 33 years.
