Nima MazhariNima Mazhari is a sculptor, photographer, writer, and a lifelong political activist, who has always been interested in finding a better way for humans to live and interact in society. Born in Iran, Mazhari experienced direct persecution under the tyrnnic regimes both before and after the 1979 revolution in that country. As a result of his personal experiences, Mazhari became a full-fledged Marxist fighter and educator in Iran and has studied Marx's theories for over forty years. Yet despite this background, Mazhari has moved beyond Marxism and now passionately searches and fights for changes that can improve our modern capitalist society.Mazhari immigrated to Canada in 1985 as a political refugee and settled in Montreal, where he still lives with his spouse, daughter, and dog.
