Raymond L NiblockRaymond is a 30-year veteran civil and criminal trial lawyer who is the product of a military high school education. He later earned a college degree focused on philosophy and political science from the University of New Mexico, after which he attendd law school at the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville.
