Rebecca MaidlRebecca Maidl lived her childhood in Pennsylvania until she and her family moved to Wyoming when she was in fifth grade. Since early childhood she enjoyed writing and illustrating her own books. She received her B.F.A. from the Savannah College of Ar and Design in sequential art and animation, and B.S.E. in art education, elementary education, and special education from Black Hills State University.
