Ryan HaysRyan Hays has been doing strategy work for more than two decades at some of the nation's leading academic institutions, including Dartmouth, Emory and Princeton. During this time, he has provided strategic counsel to multiple university presidents an governing boards and coauthored several strategic plans. He currently serves as executive vice president and chief innovation and strategy officer at the University of Cincinnati.
