Samuel PonceSamuel Ponce's three decades in public safety included twenty years with the New York City Police Department and ten years in private security. He spent the majority of his time in frontline supervisory positions working in public safety to serve thepublic. He is passionate about encouraging people to be resilient and become the best possible version of themselves. He held many leadership positions over the years in his career, in his community, and in his ministry including: team leader, sergeant, lieutenant, softball coach, ministry director, associate pastor, assistant public safety director, and associate public safety director. While working as a personnel supervisor and hiring manager, he continually witnessed employees quitting and intense efforts in employee retention. Samuel was motivated to design a strategy to decrease the intention to quit.
