Satish Chandra Pandey

Satish Pandey, PhD, is currently working with School of Petroleum Management (SPM), Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, as Associate Professor in Organizational Behavior and HRM area, since August 2007. He has done PhD in Pschology from Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar (Uttarakhand), in 1995. He has around 16 years’ teaching and research experience at various institutions. Prior to joining SPM, he has worked with reputed institutions like Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA), Nirma Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai (IBPS), and Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. He has presented papers in national and international academic conferences, and published papers in refereed journals and edited books on topics related to stress management, personality, organizational culture, cross-cultural management, organizational turnaround, organizational learning, and behavior change communication.
