Tamara M PeacockMy name is Tamara M. Peacock. I am from Ohio ( born and raised). I am a 51 year old embracing my journey and nurturing all them parts is me. I have been fortunate to have many life changing experiences and opportunities in my life. I have earned a Bahelor's degree in Psychology w/Criminal Justice Emphasis; a Master's degree in Psychology; and a Bachelor's plus in Special Education. Most of my career has been spent in education and social services. I have also be in the hospitality and service industry for many years. I have wanted to be a writer for the past 30 years or more. At age 50, I published my first book. I did a 21 day writing challenge and submitted poems. With the help/support of 12 step recover programs, I figured out that to be a writer all I had to do was pick up a pen and tell my story. That is exactly what I have done. Everything that has happened in my life has led me to this point in my life. I am a human who has struggled, suffered, and endured. I feel that I am relatable to many people. I hope these personal writings can inspire and help another person on their travels. Thank you for being part of my path and sharing my love.
