His time living in England significantly influenced his professional outlook, fostering a commitment to mentoring and supporting the ideas of young professionals and business leaders. After gaining valuable experience working in research and development companies, he founded his own technology company in 2014, focusing on advanced software applications.Spiliotis actively contributes to innovation and knowledge-sharing by participating as a speaker at major technology, tourism, and entrepreneurship conferences, including TEDx and Mindspark. He also serves as a scientific collaborator and lecturer at the Institute of Continuous Education of the General Staff of the National Defence Forces (GNDF).
