Yin Ting TengTeng Yin Ting is a Lecturer at a Polytechnic. In 2022, she was diagnosed with cervical myelopathy. She underwent a spinal decompression operation and has recovered with the physiotherapy sessions. During her recovery, she reflected on her life, work,and how she delayed getting a medical check upon having immobility symptoms due to work commitments. She then realised that she had ignored her self-care all these years.
