Yingnan PanYingnan Pan received his B.S. degree in mathematics and applied mathematics and the M.S. degree in applied mathematics from Bohai University, Jinzhou, China, and Ph.D. degree in navigation guidance and control from Northeastern University, Shenyang, hina.
