Yutaka OgawaYutaka Ogawa was born in Yokohama, Japan on July 10, 1938. The eldest of four siblings: Yuwakiti, Chieko and Ogawa.
In April 1945, I entered the National Elementary School in Dalian, China at the end of the Pacific War, and finally graduated frm the Yokohama National University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. After that, I worked for the Oval Corporation on the design and development of flowmeters for about 40 years. I became a director and head of the research division in 1990.
