Zhixian YiGeorge Yi Zhixian is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Information Studies (SIS) at Charles Sturt University (CSU), Australia. He teaches courses in management and marketing, and researchers change management, leadership, management and marketin. He holds a PhD from Texas Women's University in the USA, and was awarded the 2009 Eugene Garfield Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship from Beta Phi Mu, the International Library and Information Studies Honour Society. He has published 14 articles, and has been commended for his work. In addition, he is an assessor for the Australian Research Council.
