本书是由美国新泽西州华裔作家路平（Ping Lu），协同前上海外国语大学考斯特教授（Cost）、纽约作家佩吉．露易丝（Paige. Lewis）与前总统尼克松律师楼、前国务卿万斯律师楼和纽约市长的办公室秘书黄安娜女士（Anna Wong），针对唐诗三百首经典诗词进行中英对照翻译，集结出版，让中华文化得以于异域发扬光大。

路平，1936年出生山东，毕业于上海外国语大学，编辑，诗人，文学家，画家，书法家，中医气功师，1988年移居美国，现居新泽西。
Ping Lu, was born in 1936, Shandon. He graduated from Shanghai International Studies University, poet, writer, painter, calligrapher and Qigong Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, came to America in 1988, now lives in New Jersey.
考斯特，1911年出生俄国，十月革命爆发后，他5岁时随父母流亡中国，大学毕业，留学英国，翻译，记者，诗人，在中国生活50年，通晓汉语，曾任上海外国语大学教授，1986年由联合国难民署资助移居澳大利亚悉尼老人院，1996年去世。
Cost, was born in 1911, Russia. After The Russian October Revolution, he was forced to flee to China with his parents when he was 5 years old. He was a university graduate. He had studied in the UK, translator, reporter & poet. He had lived in China for 50 years, proficient in Chinese. He was a professor at Shanghai International Studies University. In 1986 Funded by The United Nations Refugee Agency, he was admitted to Australia, passed away in 1996.
佩吉．露易丝，1948年出生美国，哥伦比亚大学文学系毕业，编辑，作家，和其夫瑞丹．肃维尔特散合作出版了42本长篇小说，现居纽约市。
Paige Lewis, was born in 1948, America. She graduated from Columbia University, an editor, writer and co-published 42 novels with her husband Ryder Syvertsen. Now she lives in New York City.
黄安娜，1938年出生香港，1963年留学美国，就读费城秘书学校，做过前总统尼克松律师楼、前国务卿万斯律师楼和纽约市长等人的办公室秘书，现居新泽西。
Anna Wong, was born in 1938, Hong Kong. She came to America in 1963 and graduated from Philadelphia School of Office Training. She had worked for several leading law firms, former President Nixon, former Secretary of State Cyrus Vance & former Mayor of New York, now lives in New Jersey.
