About the Author:

Andy Jefferson is the co-founder and CEO of The 6Ds Company, a global leader in learning transfer know-how. He has significant line management expertise and is experienced in strategic planning, sales and marketing, productivity, and technology development in large and small corporate environments. Prior to founding the 6Ds Company, he served as the CEO of both the Fort Hill Company and Vital Home Services. He also served as the COO and General Counsel of AmeriStar Technologies, Inc. ?He currently sits on numerous boards and serves as the Chairman of the Graham Foundation. He is co-author of The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning. He resides in Wilmington, DE.

Roy Pollock is the Chief Learning Officer and co-founder of The 6Ds Company and co?]author of the best?]selling The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning. Dr. Pollock has extensive experience in education, line management, and strategy development. He is a popular speaker and consultant with a long?]standing interest in education and leadership development. Prior to founding The 6Ds Company, Dr. Pollock served as CLO for the Fort Hill Company, Assistant Dean for Curriculum Development at Cornell, and Vice President of Global Strategic Product Development for SmithKline Beecham. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Fellow of the Kellogg Foundation National Leadership Program. He lives in Trumansburg, NY.
