About the Author: My name is Zack Wenthe, and I'm a serial entrepreneur, marketer, economic developer, small business developer and owner, and more. Throughout my background in media, advertising, and real estate, to name a few, I have not only owned several successful businesses along the way, but more importantly have found that one of my greatest passions is working with small businesses. Over the last 10 years, I've created programs for countless small businesses, counseled many of them on their marketing programs, helped them develop their business plans, guided them through the leasing of their first business location, and helped them promote their grand opening. I have even been lucky enough to help promote some of their expansions resulting from our successes! I've played the advertising game: I've sold it, I've bought it, I've fought with ad agencies over their outrageous rates. I know the tricks and have saved myself and my clients a lot of money along the way. But it's not all about the money (though I'll be the first to admit I LOVE the green stuff!). It's also about finding that perfect work-life balance: the balance between work and personal lives. So simply put, my goal is to help more small business owners work on their business instead of being trapped in their business.
