Jake has over 20 years of executive leadership experience including large, publicly traded companies. He is the founder and CEO of ProLine Growth. ProLine Growth helps companies grow by providing strategic planning, management consulting, employee engagement initiatives, sales acceleration, leadership training, and marketing strategy.
Prior to starting ProLine Growth, Jake spent over 17 years in various executive leadership positions. He served Teleperformance as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts for two years. During his tenure, he led the fastest growing client in Teleperformance's global portfolio. He was responsible for global client relationships and operations in 11 countries.
In 2012, AT&T made the decision to start a new wireless company called Aio Wireless that could effectively compete against no-contract brands. This new company required speed and innovation because everything was going to be developed from scratch - this was a startup owned by a large corporation. Jake was one of the first people hired into this prestigious team. He served as the Chief Operating Officer for Aio Wireless. In this role, he had responsibility for sales, sales operations, customer care, online, training, and distribution strategy.
In 2014, Aio Wireless acquired Cricket Wireless. Jake led the merger strategy and planning for Aio Wireless and Cricket Wireless for sales, operations, customer care, and online. After the merger was completed, Jake served as the Chief Operating Officer for Cricket Wireless.
Before being appointed to his Chief Operating Officer role, Jake spent over 10 years in various executive leadership positions at AT&T across the country.
Prior to joining AT&T, Jake was an entrepreneur and started his own technology business. He operated his company for 5 years before selling it. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Everglades University in Florida. He graduated Summa Cum Laude as the Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.
