About the Book

Organisations vulnerable to digital disruptions are facing the challenge of remaining relevant in the face of accelerating change. They will need an adaptive strategic capability that will be responsive to rapid change in order to succeed on their digital journey. The challenge lies in how best to design this adaptive strategic capability to protect, optimise and grow business value in the face of increasing change and uncertainty. This book takes you on a journey of the development of a robust, highly scalable and smart method for building adaptive enterprise capabilities that are not achievable using the existing traditional frameworks and methods. The journey will illustrate the application of a range of complex adaptive system techniques and The Gill Framework(R) (TGF) to the real world by the means of an example case study. TGF is an agile or adaptive meta-framework for adapting, defining, operating, managing and supporting the adaptive value chain for the overall enterprise.
