The Technology Education community has its roots in industrial arts, but it has evolved toward something bigger, richer.About the AuthorDr. Hemant Kumar Khandai did his M.A. (Education) and B.Ed. from Utkal University Orisa and did M.A. (Philosophy), M.Phil. (Education) Ph.D. (Education) from Devi Ahilya University, Indore (M.P.) and completed diploma in Human Resource Management (H.R.M.) from Vinayak Mission University Tamilnadu. He started his carrier as district supervisor of District Primary education program in of District Primary education program in C.G. Under N.C.E.R.T. Project New Delhi, and later joined as state coordinator NIEPA project New Delhi. He has worked in International Labour Organization project as resource officer in state resource center Indore. Presently he is working in Continuing Education Department, Barkatullah University, Bhopal as incharge of B.Ed. section. Dr. Khandai worked as professor of Education in Eritrea institute of Education (EIT) North Africa and attended number of National & International Seminars, Conferences and Workshops. He visited Thailand, Bangladesh Yagun, Dubai, Yaman & Eritrea. He has conducted number of seminars conferences on Teacher Education. He is also an Editor of a national Journal, 50 research articles, 3 books to his credit. He is associated to U.G.C. NGO's, NCTE & various universities of India and abroad. Shabnam Khan M.Sc., M.A. (Education) is a research scholar. She is in the education field from the last 10 years. She has participated in several national and international educational conferences and won best papers award also.
