About the Author:

Prof. (Dr.) Vasdev Malhotra is working in Mechanical Engineering Department of J.C Bose University of Science and Technology, (Haryana State Govt. University, Haryana ), Faridabad. He is the Governor- Chancellor Nominee (Haryana of different Universities and member of Board of Governor of Technical education, Chandigarh, He is the member of Academic council, research board member of different universities of Haryana. He has selected for Bharat Rathan Dr. Radhakrishana Gold Medal Award by Global Economic Progress and Research Association in 2019.He has completed his B.E from N.I.T (Previous R.E.C) Kurukshetra, M. Tech from P.T.U Jalandhar, PhD from M.D.U Rohtak and MBA from New Delhi. He has more than 23 years of experience in teaching and Research. He has published more than 123 Research Papers out of which 61 Research papers are Post PhD. Publication and 38 Research Papers are Independent Published Research Papers in different reputed International Journals such as Inder science, Taylor and Francis, Emerald, Springer publishers indexed by SCI, Scopus, Thomson Reuters, Clarivate Analysis International Journals, and patent granted by Austrian Government. He has guided 30 M. Tech research students' projects and numerous B. Tech Projects. He has guided successfully Two PhD students, and four PhD students are in process on Advanced Manufacturing systems. He has published a Three Book Chapter on topic RMS: A New Linkage with Pervasive Computing, International refereed Book (pervasive computing for business: trends and applications, Sydney college of management, Australia, DOI:10.4018/878-1-60566-996-0.ch005 chapter No. 5, Published in IGI Global Publication, Australia, 2010, pp-69-76. and two others are in Springer publications. He has attended more than 35 Short Term Training programmes in different Universities and colleges. He has completed 11 major projects of Department of Technology (DST) and All India council of Technical education (AICTE) Delhi and 10 projects are in pipeline. He has completed Two industrial consultancy projects and organised several National conferences and faculty Development Programs in the University. He is advisory committee members of 22 International journals.
