The Ricewood Crew is as close as a group of friends can be. Bia Bunny, Craylen Crab, and their pals all love to play at Carter G. Woodson Memorial Park, spending time together and having plenty of adventures.
And from the time Craylen Crab woke up this morning, he knew it was going to be a very special day. Before heading out to meet his friends at the park, he discovered a mysterious object on his nightstand-carved with the name "Sankofa Bird."
After sharing his special find with the Crew, Craylen and his friends run into Billy Bull, known for his mean behavior and bullying. Determined to ruin their day, Billy demands that Craylen give the Sankofa Bird to him, and he won't take no for an answer.
Now the group must find a way to stand up to Billy Bull-and return peace and happiness to their group of friends once again.
Featuring important lessons about friendship and forgiveness, The Adventures of Bunny and Crab: The Bully takes a thought-provoking look at the timely issue of childhood bullying, with several references to African American history and culture sprinkled throughout.
