About the Author: Yolanda Fleta, socióloga de formación, es coach nutricional. Trabajando a través del coaching y la alimentación consciente, acompaña a personas que quieren mejorar su alimentación y tener una relación sana con la comida. Es también profesora del posgrado en Coaching nutricional y Nuevos Enfoques de Atención al Paciente de la Universidad de Barcelona y coordinadora del posgrado en Health Coaching de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, ambos con un enfoque en técnicas de mindfulness y mindful eating. Está formada, además, en MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) y ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

En su faceta investigadora, su trabajo se ha centrado en el estudio y la aplicación del mindfulness y el coaching en el ámbito de la salud y la nutrición. Además, es autora y coautora de diversos libros y publicaciones científicas sobre esta temática, entre ellos Coaching nutricional para niños y padres, publicado por la editorial Grijalbo en 2017.

Jaime Giménez es dietista nutricionista especializado en coaching nutricional y nutrición deportiva. Trabaja desde hace más de quince años acompañando a las personas a conseguir sus objetivos nutricionales. Es profesor en varias universidades en España y América Latina. Actualmente es el director científico de la maestría en Coaching Nutricional y Nuevos Enfoques de Atención de la Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, coordinador del posgrado en Coaching Nutricional y Nuevos Enfoques de Atención al Paciente en la Universidad de Barcelona. También ha sido director científico del posgrado en Health Coaching de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. En su faceta investigadora, su trabajo se ha desarrollado en el estudio y conocimiento de disciplinas como el Coaching nutricional y de salud. Además, es autor y coautor de diversos libros y publicaciones científicas sobre esta temática, entre ellos Coaching nutricional: haz que tu dieta funcione, publicado por la editorial DeBolsillo en 2015, y Coaching nutricional para niños y padres, publicado por la editorial Grijalbo en 2017.
