About the Author:

Tom Davenport is a Distinguished Professor at Babson College, a visiting professor at Oxford's Saïd Business School, a research fellow at the MIT Initiative on the Digital Economy, and a senior adviser to Deloitte's Analytics practice. He's written, coauthored, or edited twenty-one books and more than 300 print and digital articles for Harvard Business Review.

Nitin Mittal is a principal with Deloitte Consulting. He currently serves as the US Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Growth Offering Consulting Leader. He is the 2019 recipient of the AI Innovator of the Year award at the AI Summit New York. Mittal has been head of Deloitte Consulting's Analytics and AI practice since its inception in 2017. He specializes in advising clients to achieve competitive advantage through data and AI-fueled transformations that promote amplified intelligence and enable clients to make strategic choices and transform ahead of disruption.
