Inhaltsangabe: Einleitung: Im Personalmanagement dienen Profile dem Vergleich von Anforderungen eines Arbeitsplatzes mit Qualifikationen eines Menschen. Man spricht dabei von Anforderungs- und Qualifikationsprofilen. Diese Arbeit soll den State-of-the-Art von Anforderungs- und Qualifikationsprofilen in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur feststellen. Hierzu sind Varianten verschiedener Profilmodelle ausgewählter Autoren erläutert. Viele Autoren geben jedoch nur Empfehlungen zur Erstellung von und zum Umgang mit Profilen, ohne diese weiter zu verdeutlichen. Ist eine Profilvariation erläutert, orientiert sich die Darstellung an dem in der Begriffsdefinition gezeigten Profil. In der Arbeit vorgestellt ist ein abweichendes Modell. Aus den Ergebnissen der Recherche und den Ergebnissen einer empirischen Untersuchung wird ein Referenzmodell für Anforderungs- und Qualifikationsprofile entwickelt. Die Vorteile des Referenzmodells sind erläutert und weitere Verwendungsmöglichkeiten aufgezeigt. Mit dieser Arbeit sind: 1. der „State-of-the-Art" von Anforderungs- und Qualifikationsprofilen in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur untersucht worden. 2. aus dem Ergebnis der Recherche und den Ergebnissen einer jährlichen Zeitungsstellenanzeigenanalyse des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung ein Referenzmodell (BiBB) für Anforderungs- und Qualifikationsprofile erstellt worden. 3. die Vorteile dieses Referenzmodells erläutert und seine möglichen Einsatzgebiete in Verbindung mit dem Internet aufgezeigt. Gang der Untersuchung: Zunächst sind die in der Arbeit verwendeten Begriffe, die für das weitere Verständnis der Arbeit notwendig sind, zu klären. Anhand dieser Begriffe werden die in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur verbreiteten Profilmodelle, das Genfer, das REFA sowie das Kompetenzmodell erläutert. Nach der Erläuterung der theoretischen Grundlagen eines Modells folgen jeweils Ausführungen von Autoren, die auf das jeweilige Modell zurückgreifen. In der Literatur bestehen Differenzen z.
