Sie soll kleinen und mittelständischen Unternehmen einen Überblick über die Struktur des Internet, dessen Potentiale und Restriktionen, für den Einsatz im Marketing geben. Heute wird das Internet im Marketing bereits intensiv genutzt, und stellt eine wichtige Informations- und Präsentationsplattform für den Marketing-Mix dar. Diese Bachelorarbeit soll Möglichkeiten aufzeigen, wie das Internet als Marketing-Mix eingesetzt werden kann. Dabei wird bei jedem Instrument gezeigt, wie es durch das Internet beeinflusst wird. Während meiner Forschung habe ich herausgefunden, dass es eine Reihe kommerzieller Einsatzmöglichkeiten des Internets gibt. Diese Einsatzmöglichkeiten liegen vor allem in der Marktforschung, Kommunikationspolitik und Distributionspolitik. In der Marktforschung unterstützt das Internet die Informationsbeschaffung. Im Rahmen der Distributionspolitik wird es als Konkurrenz zum Versandhandel oder Teleshopping gesehen, allerdings ist der Transport über das Internet nur für digitale Güter und Dienstleistungen möglich. Die größten Möglichkeiten bietet das Internet in der Kommunikationspolitik, hierbei besonders in der Werbung.
About the Author: Otmane Azeroual, is a researcher at the German Center for Higher Education Research and Science (DZHW) in Berlin. After studying Business Informatics at the University of Applied Sciences Berlin (HTW), he began his PhD in Computer Science at the Institute for Technical and Business Information Systems (ITI), Database Research Group of the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) Berlin in the Department Study Program Computational Science and Engineering. His research interest is in the area of Database Systems, Quality Management, Business Intelligence, Big Data, IT-Security, Cloud Data Management, Project Management and Industry 4.0.
