He is also the author of The Culinary Heritage of Lebanon and Chef Ramzi. Choueiry lives in Beirut, Lebanon.

Bo Masser is a Swedish chef, cookbook author, and vice president of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. He lives in Sweden.

Bruno Ehrs is a photographer. He lives in Sweden.
