About The Author

Damian Gerke is an elder with 1Body Church in Tampa, Florida. He is a 3X author, including In the Way: Church As We Know It Can Be a Discipleship Movement (Again), and Taking the Lead. He currently works with Houston-based coaching firm EntreResults, serving businesses with leadership coaching, strategic planning, and leadership development. His diverse background in aerospace design engineering, vocational pastor, and a corporate human resources leader has uniquely prepared him to speak to leadership and faith from many perspectives. He's a credentialed member of the Association for Talent Development and a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with his wife Cheryl.
