About the Book

This book is for people all over the world who are just like you. They too want peace and love. They have dreams that would make you gasp. They have secrets you wouldn't believe. They are different in ways you couldn't imagine. They wish and they dream and they yearn, and they look out the window whenever they're in a car or on a train, and they watch the people on the streets and wonder if there are people out there like them. They're like you, and you could say anything to them and they would understand. And so right now, as you're sitting here reading these words, I'm writing this for you and for me so we feel less boxed in and more free to be.
About the Author: Richard is The Brand Guy. He lives in Sydney, Australia, with his wife Claire and three children, Nick, Sophie and Roxy. Richard runs motivational workshops and gives talks at conferences and seminars that challenge people and teams to "do epic shit" by taking them out of their comfort zone. He also does branding that rockets people and businesses to the outer stratosphere and beyond, with his mates Nick Beckhurst (their branding agency is called Brandcraft) and Carl Sherriff (the guy who does the illustrations for his books). Richard believes that every person has potential that extends far beyond their actual day-to-day lives. Instead of living and working 10/10 lives, we often settle for 7/10 because it gets the job done, it doesn't require us taking any risks or chances, and it keeps us in our comfort zone. Richard writes regular articles and posts for his own blogs (the-brand-guy.com; wakeuptiger.com) and is a regular contributor to other sites. He has previously published a positive psychology book called Wake Up Tiger. Richard was recently ranked 11th in the Global Top 30 Brand Gurus, and has a PhD in Doing Epic Shit and Chilling In The Sun On The Beach.
