About the Author: Shelley Brunskill-Matson has an honours degree in psychology and is an experienced life coach, writer and speaker. Since leaving the corporate world to establish her own coaching practice almost 20 years ago, she has helped hundreds of clients get unstuck through one-on-one coaching and group coaching workshops. Shelley has also done a great deal of work in the area of supporting those who have lost loved ones to suicide. She is a facilitator of the WAVES programme, a psycho-educational programme for adults bereaved by suicide, and is completing a PhD focussing on the care and support of young people who have lost someone close to them to suicide. In addition to her private training practice, she holds training roles with Victim Support and Skylight trust (a specialist grief support organisation).
