Aspire to Greatness

I decided to write this book as a way to give something back. What I did not want to do in writing it, however, is make it about me. Instead, I wanted to make it about what I have learned but couched in lessons from others who are far more recognizable. To be sure, as we go through life, we will all be faced with challenges in our personal and professional lives. Unfortunately, for many of us, the only way we will learn to deal with the situation is to progress through it. If the desire to lead pulses through your veins at all, then I encourage you to become a student of the great leaders that surround you. Do not wait and attempt to muddle your way through a career fraught with difficult situations. Be preemptive. Become a student of both the art and the science of leadership. Aspire to Greatness was written as a guide to help others develop, discover and accelerate their leadership potential through the process of awareness and the study of great leaders who have come before us. If we accomplish nothing more with this book, what I hope you learn is that leadership is a very valuable commodity in today's society and that great leaders are made, not born. Learn what others who have come before you have done and study how they have risen to greatness in their respective capacities. Leaders come in all shapes and sizes and some rise to higher levels of success than others. So, as I stated earlier, if the desire to lead pulses through your veins, then why not Aspire to Greatness and do all that you can to make yourself one of the few legendary leaders of our time.
About the Author: Nick Corso is the founder of Elite Leaders Academy and author of the book Aspire to Greatness. While spending over 25 years in Corporate America, Nick has spent 14 of those years as a Vice President and Principal with major Wall Street firms. During his tenure, he has accumulated extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in the field of management and sales management. Over the past 15 years, Nick has also volunteered his skills and knowledge, as a former college football player, to a dedicated coaching career in organized youth sports. As a manager, coach and former collegiate athlete, Nick noticed the cross-over in skills sets required when motivating and inspiring either employees in an office environment or athletes on a playing field.
