Vijay Chaudhary is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-I) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amity School of Engineering and Technology (A.S.E.T.), Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida (INDIA). He has completed his B. Tech. in 2011 from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, India and then completed M. Tech (Hons) in 2013 from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Madan Mohan Malviya Engineering College, Gorakhpur, India. He has completed his Ph.D. in 2019 from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Netaji Subhas University of Technology, University of Delhi, India. His research area of interest lies in Processing and characterization of Polymer composites, Tribological analysis of bio-fibre based polymer composites, water absorption of bio-fiber based polymer composites, and surface modification techniques related to polymer composite materials. Dr. Chaudhary has over eight years of teaching and research experience. He has published more than 40 research papers in peer reviewed international journals as well as in reputed international and national conferences. He has published 16 book chapters with reputed publishers. More than 25 students have completed their Summer Internships, B.Tech. Projects and M.Tech. Dissertations under his guidance. Sumit Gupta is presently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. Prior to this he has also served as an Assistant Professor, School of Engineering, G. D. Goenka University, Gurugram, India. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rajasthan in 2008 and earned Master's as well as Doctorate degree from Malaviya National Institute of Technology-Jaipur, India in 2010 and 2016 respectively. His areas of research are sustainable manufacturing, lean manufacturing, reverse logistics, sustainable product design and sustainable supply chain management. Dr. Gupta has over 10 years of teaching and research experience. He has published over 50 research papers in peer reviewed international journals as well as in reputed international and national conferences. A large number of students have completed their Summer Internships and B.Tech. Projects under his guidance. He has guided 10 M.Tech. Dissertations and is presently guiding two Ph.D. Scholars as well. Pallav Gupta is presently working as an Assistant Professor (Grade-II) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amity School of Engineering and Technology, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida (INDIA). He completed his B.Tech. (Honors) from Department of Mechanical Engineering, Integral University, Lucknow, INDIA in the year 2009, Qualified GATE in 2009 with AIR-3291 and then completed his M.Tech. (Honors) from I.I.T. (B.H.U.), INDIA in the year 2011 followed by Ph.D. in the year 2015 from I.I.T.(B.H.U.), INDIA. His area of research includes Material Processing; Composite Materials; Mechanical Behaviour and Corrosion. He also has a good command over teaching subjects like Material Science; Engineering Materials; Manufacturing Processes; Measurement and Metrology & Composite Materials. Dr. Gupta has over eight years of teaching and research experience. He has published over 80 research papers in peer reviewed international journals as well as in reputed international and national conferences in India as well as in abroad. Apart from this he has also published seven chapters in books published by other publisher. A large number of students have completed their Summer Internships, B.Tech. Projects and M.Tech. Partha Pratim Das is a young researcher who graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India. He is presently pursuing Masters from Indian Institute of Technology-Hyderbad, India. During his internships, he worked on various projects with the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, and Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Guwahati, Assam. He has presented several research papers in national and international conferences and published more than 10 research papers and seven book chapters in reputed international journals including CRC press and others. He has also served as a reviewer in other journals. He also received the Innovative researcher of the year award in the year 2020. He also has expertise in using various engineering softwares like Ansys, CNC Cutviewer mill, FluidSIM, quantum espresso, etc. He is also a Certified Executive of Lean Management and Data Practitioner (Minitab and MS-Excel) from the Institute for Industrial Performance and Engagement (IIPE), Faridabad, India.
