Soy Agustín Herrera, experto en Upselling, Crosselling & Emotional Hospitality.

Llevo más de 20 años de experiencia en el sector hotelero donde he desarrollado toda mi carrera profesional en diferentes departamentos operativos, y fundamentalmente, como líder y responsable de la estrategia de Upselling en compañías como Hesperia Hoteles y NH Hotel Group a nivel global, siendo responsable de 400 hoteles y generando más de 20 Millones de Euros al año de ingreso incremental.
